  • Modular kitchen and furniture installation is carried out by Livspace certified professionals
  • Warranty terms for Livspace products are governed by Livspace’s official warranty policy
  • Hardware and timber products carry manufacturer warranty as applicable

8. Returns & Cancellations

  • Orders once placed and confirmed may not be cancelled without prior written approval
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Custom-made or modular orders cannot be returned once production has begun

9. Limitation of Liability PHS Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the original purchase.

10. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nawanshahr, Punjab.
